With the exception of "Single Spring Prices" (Effective July 1, 2008); the following price lists (all Effective January 1, 2007) will be subject to surcharge as follows:

With shipments on or after July 1, 2008:

1. Sliding subframes and four-spring type suspension and all of our service parts, will carry a surcharge of 13.1%.
2. Body rails will bear a surcharge of 17.9%.

With shipments on or after August 1, 2008;

1. Single point unit prices will carry a surcharge of 6.5%.

With shipments on or after September 1, 2008;

1. The single point unit price surcharge will be increased from 6.5% to 9.2%.
2. Also at this time the “Single Spring Prices” will be revised.
